Hey campers! Pack your bags and your sense of adventure. This isn’t your childhood summer camp. Think luxe cabins instead of leaky tents, gourmet comfort food instead of mystery meat, and candlelit workshops instead of arts and crafts with dried glue.

All campers must be 18 or older to attend Camp GrooveTown 2026.
For the Happy Camper Pass and Trailblazer Pass, you must be 21+ to stay the weekend.
For the Sundown Day Pass, you must be 18 or older.
Age for each camper will be verified prior to the event. Only exceptions would be for those whose birthday falls during the event. Minors or those underage will not receive a refund if they are not of age.

Yes, after you book your spot, we’ll let you choose based on availability and group size. You can also request your bunkmate if they are coming along, too! Room selection is based on number of guests per room and a First come, First Serve basis, or for Happy Camper Passes. Solo campers will be grouped together!

There will be a total of 14 Lit campers- so grab your passes while you can!
There is only 20 Day passes available.

Yes, please do! We’ll buddy you up in a cabin or match you with someone fab. Camp is perfect for meeting new friends that are local to California!

Light mixed drinks + mocktails are included during your stay.
Smoking is allowed in the backyard and patio as long as it doesn’t offend any campers.
We will also be able to smoke while hiking (We will have jars to hold trash and ash).
BYOB and feel free to share! Please drink + consume responsibly. -
Deposits are non-refundable unless the camp doesn’t meet the minimum sign-ups.
If we cancel for any reason, you’ll get a full refund. Your deposit is fully transferable to another camper or a future event.
Refunds are not given to those who cancel within the month of the event or are escorted from the event.

If your feeling like Mr. Moneybags and can pay in full with no deposit or payment plan, you’ll get a sweet little discount! You’ll also get a FREE additional gift with your order!

You’ll receive an email with your balance due and flexible options to pay the rest. Final payment deadline is one month before camp (July 2025).

Unfortunately, the discount is only available at the time of full payment so it’s fair for other campers (I’ll still love you just the same, though! 💘 )
You can however pay the difference and save on taxes for each installment! Just email me and we’ll close your plan out and have you squared away.

Absolutely! Extended check-out is till 2pm and can be added at Checkout.
Happy Campers will automatically receive extended checkout automatically!

🔔 Confirmation Email
Right after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order + receipt. This locks in your spot and officially puts you on our Campers List! Follow @manymumblingmice on Instagram for updates, too!
📹 Pre-Camp Video Call (Recorded)
A few weeks before camp, you’ll get access to a Camp GrooveTown Prep Zoom Call—a fun, recorded video where we spill all the glittery details, updates, what to pack, and how to prepare.

📬 Final Payment (if applicable)
If you chose the deposit route, we’ll email you a reminder + options to pay the remainder of your balance in the way that works best for you. You’ll have until August 8th, 2025 to complete payment.
