The full Camp GrooveTown experience is a full weekend retreat (August 23–25) with 2 nights of glamping-style cabin lodging, extra activities, late-night fun (karaoke, anyone?), breakfast-to-bed bonding, and more time to soak in the magic with your new camp besties. 🏕️🎤💫

Both tickets will enter you a chance to win the Golden Groove Award.

Basically:

Day Pass ($150) = one-day adventure

Full Camp ($400+) = full-blown summer memory 💌

Both are available on payment plans via Checkout and upon request.

Camp GrooveTown 2025 will be located in Alta, CA – about 1 hour from Sacramento.

Yes, after you book your spot, we’ll let you choose based on availability and group size. You can also request your bunkmate if they are coming along, too! Room selection is based on number of guests per room and a First come, First Serve basis. Solo campers will be grouped together!

There will be a total of 14 campers-One which will be me!

Yes, please do! We’ll buddy you up in a cabin or match you with someone fab.

Yes! All campers must be 18 or older to be a part of Camp GrooveTown 2025. Proof of Identification will be required upon arrival. Minors that attempt to attend will be escorted off the premises and not refunded for their ticket.

Not included, but there are bars within walking distance of camp. Smoking is allowed in the backyard and patio as long as it doesn’t offend any campers. We will also be able to smoke while hiking (We will have jars to hold trash and ash).

Deposits are non-refundable unless the camp doesn’t meet the minimum sign-ups. If we cancel for any reason, you’ll get a full refund.

You’ll get a sweet little discount and only pay $400 + tax. That’s $29 off your total—no payment plan needed! You’ll also get a FREE Happy Camper T-shirt!

You’ll receive an email with your balance due and flexible options to pay the rest. Final payment deadline is two weeks before camp (August 8th, 2025).

Unfortunately, the $400 discount is only available at the time of full payment. But I’ll still love you just the same 💘 You can however pay the difference and save on taxes for each installment!
