These fees are to help cover DJ costs to make singing free and venue costs. Every vendor fee also helps plant 2 trees in Kenya and goes straight back into marketing and decor. At this time, vendor fees are:

$60 for Makers
Includes: Indoor space for one 6ft table, free wifi, access to electricity, 2 karaoke line skip passes, and all pre-made marketing templates to post on social media and marketing.

$75 for Food Vendors
Includes: Outdoor 10×10 space, free wifi, access to electricity, 2 karaoke line skip passes, and all pre-made marketing templates to post on social media and marketing.

Food vendors will be placed at the opening of the event in the parking lot outside.

Makers will be inside, covered, where guests will have to walk through vendors in order to get to bartenders or karaoke.

Due to the nature of hiring our DJ and venue, vendor fees are non-refundable. We are rain or shine!

If you can no longer attend, your fee may be transferred to a future market if notice is given at least 7 days before the event, depending on availability.

I prioritize:

• Handmade goods

• Art

• Apparel

• Jewelry

• Wellness / skincare

• Vintage / curated goods

• Specialty food + drink

I aim for a balanced vendor mix and may limit duplicate categories. I will NEVER accept products not made by hand, AI, or other schemes.

Vendors must bring their own:

• Table

• Chair

• Tent (if outdoors)

• Power cords (for electricity)

• Lighting

• Display setup

• Payment processing system

Vendor Load-In: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Event Starts: 6:00 PM

All vendors must be fully set up by 5:45 PM. Load-in instructions provided prior to event when accepted.

To maintain the event experience for guests and support all vendors fairly, early breakdown is not permitted. Use any extra time to network, make content, and get to know your community (or sing)!

All vendors are expected to stay until 10:00 PM unless otherwise agreed upon or emergency.

It’s designed to feel like a Friday night out, not a traditional daytime market. People will want to be social, drink, and sing!

We will have FREE singing for the public, a $10 Polaroid photo booth and DIY junk frames, $20 DIY scent bar, and raffles all night long!
